Designed for use with the Hang it High Lifter System (No. 3500). The Hang it High Lifter pole easily hooks onto hanger t-bar. The Lifter features a rotating hook to keep the hanger (when raising and lowering) in an upright vertical position at all times. Use hanger for lifting bird feeders, bird houses, hanging flower baskets and more! (up to 20 lbs.)
